File Size and Other Limitations

File Size Limits
On the Free and Unlimited plans, the limit is 5 GB per file. AppSumo/Lifetime tiers have lower per-file limits: 512 MiB (Tier 1), 1 GiB (Tier 2), 4 GiB (Tier 3), and 4 GiB (Tier 4). If you need a higher limit, email us with a description of your use case. You must be on the Unlimited plan to be eligible for increased file size limits.
A note on third-party platforms: Some integrations have their own restrictions that we can't control. For example, the Telegram bot enforces a 20 MB file size limit set by Telegram itself.
Audio & Video Duration Limits
Limits on the length of audio or video per file
On the Free plan, uploads longer than 20 minutes are accepted, and only the first 20 minutes are processed. Browser recordings stop automatically at 20 minutes.

Bulk Exports
Bulk exports are available exclusively on the Unlimited plan.
AppSumo users can export recordings individually by opening each one.
Free users do not currently have access to exports.
