Contacting support
Updated today
Open Help & support at the bottom of your dashboard sidebar to get help. Subscription users can contact our support team directly. If you are on a lifetime plan only, you get self-service help, and you can upgrade or request a feature instead of contacting support.
Open Help & support
Help & support is the last item in the dashboard sidebar once you sign in. Click it to open the support widget, which fills in your name and email automatically. There is no floating chat bubble: Help & support is how you open support, and the help-article links around the app still work as before.
Contact the support team
A subscription includes direct support contact. Open Help & support and send your question through the support contact form. This includes lifetime accounts that also have a subscription.
If you are on a lifetime plan only
Lifetime plans include self-serve help from our docs and the AI assistant, but not direct support contact. If you try to contact support, you see this message: "Lifetime plans include self-serve help from our docs and AI assistant. Upgrade to a subscription to get help from our support team."
Two options replace the contact form:
Upgrade opens the subscription upgrade flow. With a subscription, you can contact the support team.
Request a feature opens our feedback board.
For your lifetime plan benefits, see AppSumo Plans Help.
Requesting access to an integration
Some integrations are granted on request. When you request access to one, the support contact form opens with a subject and draft message already filled in. Complete the draft with how you plan to use the integration and send it. For the Google Drive flow, see Google Drive Integration.
