Do AppSumo or Lifetime Tier account get free daily transcripts
Why is my transcript cut off at 20 mins?
Transcripts created by accounts on the free plan are limited to the first 20 minutes of audio. You can unlock full length, unlimited transcripts by upgrading your account
Why are my daily free transcripts not renewed or available?
You get 2 free transcripts every day, which renew 24 hours after your last free transcription, not at midnight.
For example:
if you use your first free transcription at 10:00 AM and your second at 4:00 PM, your next 2 free transcripts will become available at 4:00 PM the next day.
This means your daily allowance fully resets 24 hours after your second (or last) free transcript is used, so you always have a fair 2-per-day limit based on your own usage schedule.
