Overview

The Transcript LOL ↔ Zapier integration makes it easy to plug Transcript LOL into more than 6000 other apps so you can automate your transcription and content-sharing workflows with just a few clicks — no coding needed!

  • Import Content For Transcription — kick off a Zap whenever:

    • You add a new video to a folder in your Google Drive or Dropbox

    • You publish a new video on Vimeo

  • Export Your Content — kick off a Zap whenever:

    • New Transcript is created in a workspace

    • New Insight (e.g. meeting summary, LinkedIn post) is generated from a transcript

  • Connect with 6 000+ apps – route finished transcripts or summaries to Slack, Notion, Google Docs, schedule social posts, back-up files to Drive and more via Zapier’s no-code builder

Importing Audio or Video Files

We will use the example of how to auto import new recorded Zoom meetings to Transcript LOL. We have published a Zapier Template to make the below process quicker:

Before you proceed, make sure that you have at least one Cloud Recording in your Zoom account to test the next steps

  1. Use our official Zoom ↔ Transcript LOL sync template

  2. Authenticate your Zoom & Transcript LOL accounts

  3. Select “Workspace” where you want to save your Zoom meetings and “Language“ of the audio in your meetings

  4. Save and Publish the Zap

This Zap will now run every time you finish recording a new Zoom meeting and import it into your Transcript LOL workspace. If you have a popular workflow in mind that you would like us to simplify with a Zapier template, just drop us a message.

Exporting Transcripts

  1. Create a new Zap with trigger app as “Transcript LOL“

  2. Trigger event as “New Transcript“

  3. Workspace: the same workspace where you are creating your transcripts

  4. Format: desired format in which you would like your transcript

  5. Pick an action app based on what you want to achieve using the transcript

Exporting Insights

You can also auto export the ai insights generated from your meeting such as “Meeting Summary“, “LinkedIn Post“ etc. using similar steps as Auto Export Transcripts using either Zapier or our API.
