How to request the deletion of your Transcript LOL account and all associated data

We are sorry to see you go but we want to make this as simple as signing up to an account.

Before you proceed:
Make sure you don’t have an active subscription. Account deletion is only possible when you are on our free plan.

Deleting Your Account

  1. You can request account deletion by following this link.

  2. Please complete the short survey and confirm deletion.

  3. Your account will be deleted in 7 days after you place this request. You will receive an email confirmation that your deletion request has been scheduled.

Changed your mind?
If you changed your mind anytime between within those 7 days, you can stop your account deletion by cancelling your request from this link.
