Update prompt

Update a prompt's title, instruction, and sample content. Replaces all three fields, so send the full prompt definition.

A prompt is owned by you, not by a single workspace, so this edits the prompt itself: the change applies to every workspace the prompt is linked to, not just this one (the spaceId in the path only locates the prompt). Only prompts you created can be updated; built-in (admin-managed) prompts cannot.
